1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Park Rummy platform — including the website, mobile-optimised browser experience, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Park Rummy ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use Park Rummy in any way. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Important:
Park Rummy strongly recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records at the time of registration. You can access the most current version of this document at any time from the footer of every page on the platform.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To open and maintain an account on Park Rummy, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Park Rummy is an adult platform. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended and any balance forfeited pending investigation.
- You must be physically located in and a resident of Pakistan at the time of registration and when placing bets or playing games.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts are individual and non-transferable.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating your account. Providing false details — including name, mobile number, or date of birth — is a material breach of these terms.
- You must not already hold an existing active or previously suspended Park Rummy account. One account per person is the rule — no exceptions.
Park Rummy reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until the process is complete.
Age Verification:
Park Rummy takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder may be under 18, the account will be frozen immediately and verified before any further access is granted. Winnings generated during an age-verification review period may be withheld.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Park Rummy login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. Park Rummy will never ask you for your password via any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
Your responsibilities include:
- Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
- Enabling two-factor authentication if offered — we strongly recommend this for all accounts.
- Logging out of Park Rummy on shared or public devices immediately after each session.
- Notifying Park Rummy support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Park Rummy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions. However, we will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised access promptly and take appropriate action to protect your account.
4. Deposits
All deposits at Park Rummy are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for large deposit volumes.
Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your Park Rummy balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method.
Important Deposit Conditions
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed to source.
- Park Rummy does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own processing fees — please check with them directly.
- Deposited funds that are unused for a period of 12 months of account inactivity may be subject to an administration fee as outlined in the Dormant Accounts section of our FAQ.
- Park Rummy reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that fall outside normal usage patterns.
- Any deposit made in error should be reported to Park Rummy support immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to reverse the transaction, but we cannot guarantee reversals once funds have been applied to a balance and gameplay has commenced.
Deposit Bonus Conditions:
Where a deposit qualifies for a promotional bonus, the specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions of that bonus apply. Always read the individual promotion terms before claiming. General bonus conditions are covered in Section 6 of these Terms.
5. Withdrawals
Park Rummy processes withdrawal requests to the same payment methods available for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There are no withdrawal fees charged by Park Rummy.
Processing Times
- Easypaisa & JazzCash: Typically processed within 10–15 minutes of request approval.
- NayaPay & SadaPay: Typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
- Bank Transfer (IBFT): Up to a few hours depending on your bank's cut-off schedule. Some transfers may take until the next business day.
- Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as your Park Rummy account.
- Park Rummy may request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or a withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure.
- If an active bonus is attached to your account, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable independently of any bonus balance.
- Withdrawal requests placed during periods of known payment system maintenance may be queued and processed once systems are restored.
Withdrawal Verification:
To protect players from fraud, Park Rummy may verify your identity and payment method before releasing a withdrawal. Please ensure your account details and verification documents are up to date to avoid delays.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Park Rummy offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud.
- Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
- Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your balance without compensation.
- Park Rummy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed using false or manipulative methods, including reverse engineering bonus structures, using bots, or exploiting promotional loopholes.
- Refer-a-friend bonuses are only paid when the referred player creates a genuine account, makes a qualifying deposit, and meets the play-through conditions specified in the refer-a-friend promotion at the time of referral.
- Bonuses cannot be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly permits combination.
Promotion Eligibility:
Park Rummy may, at its discretion, determine that certain promotions are not available to specific accounts based on play history, account age, or risk assessment. This is not a penalty — it is a standard responsible gaming practice applied across the industry.
7. Gameplay Rules
All games offered on Park Rummy — including Live Casino tables, Ludo Games, Andar Bahar, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. These individual game rules form part of the overall Terms and Conditions and must be read before participating.
Sports Betting Rules
- Bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
- Park Rummy reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by confirmed match-fixing investigations, equipment failure, or events that are abandoned without a result.
- Live in-play bets are subject to slight odds delays to protect against latency exploitation. Bets accepted in-play are binding once confirmed on screen.
- Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
Casino and Table Games
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each table before a player sits down or joins a game.
- In live dealer games, all decisions made by the dealer are final once a round has been completed and the result confirmed.
- If a technical malfunction interrupts a live casino game, Park Rummy will use server-side logs to reconstruct and settle the round fairly. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, bets for that round will be refunded in full.
- In Ludo and Andar Bahar games, disconnection policy rules apply as described within the individual game help sections.
8. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
Park Rummy operates on the principle that all players deserve a fair, unmanipulated gaming environment. We invest significantly in fraud detection technology and human review to protect every player on the platform — including you.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players in live games, table games, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from known errors are not valid and will be removed.
- Attempting to interfere with Park Rummy's software, servers, or network infrastructure in any way — including denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or any other form of unauthorised system access.
- Using multiple accounts — whether in your name or in the names of others — to circumvent bet limits, access multiple bonuses, or avoid account restrictions.
- Money laundering or using Park Rummy to process funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant Pakistani financial authorities as required by law.
Consequence of Prohibited Activity:
Any account found to have engaged in any of the above activities will be immediately and permanently suspended. All balances — including real-money deposits — may be frozen pending investigation and forfeited if fraud is confirmed. Park Rummy cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan.
9. Responsible Gaming
Park Rummy is committed to providing an enjoyable, safe gaming experience. We take problem gambling seriously and provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction.
Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 48-hour reflection period before activation.
- Session Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a duration of your choosing.
- Reality Checks: Pop-up summaries during gameplay showing session duration, net result, and total bets placed.
- Self-Exclusion: Take a break from Park Rummy for a chosen period from 24 hours to 6 months, or apply for permanent self-exclusion. Requests are processed within 2 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Account Closure: You may close your account permanently at any time. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10. Privacy & Data
Park Rummy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on Park Rummy, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
We collect only the data that is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

11. Account Termination
Either you or Park Rummy may terminate your account at any time.
Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Termination by Park Rummy
Park Rummy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:
- A player has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
- We have reason to believe the account is involved in fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
- A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A player has requested self-exclusion and then attempted to register a new account to circumvent the exclusion.
- An account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months.
Balance Handling on Termination:
Where Park Rummy initiates account closure due to a breach of these terms, real-money deposits may be withheld pending investigation. Winnings derived from activity that breached these terms will not be paid. Where no breach is found, net real-money balances will be returned.
12. Limitation of Liability
Park Rummy provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or entirely free of technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Park Rummy's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Park Rummy is not liable for losses arising from:
- Third-party payment system outages or delays outside our direct control.
- A player's own internet connectivity issues.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications outages affecting Pakistan.
- Decisions made in good faith based on information available at the time, which are subsequently found to have been based on incorrect data supplied by a third party.
13. Disputes & Complaints
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your Park Rummy experience — including a disputed bet settlement, a payment query, or a bonus concern — we want to hear from you and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Complaint Process
- Step 1 – Contact Support: Reach out to our support team via live chat or email at support@parkrummy.com with full details of your complaint, including your account ID, the date and time of the relevant event, and any reference numbers available.
- Step 2 – Initial Response: Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours and provide a substantive response within 48 hours of receipt.
- Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, your case can be escalated to a senior member of our operations team. We will provide a final decision within 5 business days.
All disputes relating to the outcome of live casino games are reviewed using server-side logs and HD camera footage from our studio operations. Game outcomes confirmed by these records are final.
14. Changes to These Terms
Park Rummy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where required by law or regulatory direction to implement changes more quickly.
Continued use of the Park Rummy platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance before the change date.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when these terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
